Stock items: Stock items ship 3-4 business days after your order is placed.
Unprinted items: All of our items are customized to your order. These ship out 8-10 business days after your order is placed. If your order includes stock items, your entire order will ship when your customized items are ready.
Printed items: Custom branded will ship 3-4 weeks after art has been approved. It depends on quantity you order.
Note that processing starts once payment has been taken, and in the case of printed orders, after the art has been approved. Lead times described above do NOT include ship time. Therefore, for custom printed orders, allow an extra 1-2 business days for the art proof/approval process.
